1. Agreement

By using TradieInvoices ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

2. Service Description

TradieInvoices provides invoicing, quoting, and business document management software designed for Australian trade businesses and contractors. Features include invoice creation, quote generation, professional PDF exports, client management, payment tracking, and AI-powered document generation (powered by OpenAI). AI features send your job descriptions and document content to OpenAI for processing — see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Important Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS".

TradieInvoices is a document creation and management tool. The content of invoices and quotes you create is your responsibility. This Service does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You must verify all figures and comply with applicable laws (including GST and ATO obligations) independently.

We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must not:

• Upload malware, viruses, or illegal content
• Attempt unauthorised access or disruption of the Service
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
• Use the Service to create fraudulent documents

You are solely responsible for the content of documents you create and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the Service.

6. Data & Files

Your data is stored securely in Australia. You can export or delete your data at any time. You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF $100 AUD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

We are not liable for: indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, service interruptions, errors in generated documents, or third-party failures.

This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Service Availability

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
