You are responsible for account security and accept inherent internet security risks.

We collect the following information:

  • Account: Name, email address, ABN (optional)
  • Payment: Credit card details (via payment processor — we do not store full card details)
  • Business: Business name, contact details, logo
  • Usage: Subscription plan, invoices and quotes created, feature usage
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, device information
  • Documents: Invoice and quote content including client details and line items
  • AI inputs: Job descriptions and document content you submit to our AI generation feature (processed via OpenAI — see Section 5)

All data is processed and stored in Australia.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, deliver customer support, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Australian data centres with encryption at rest and in transit. You can delete your account and associated data at any time.

IMPORTANT: No internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You accept these risks by using the Service.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify you in accordance with Australian law. Our liability is limited except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers
  • Payment processors

  • Email delivery services
  • AI service providers (OpenAI — processes job descriptions and document content you submit for AI generation)

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for unauthorised access despite reasonable security measures, third-party provider failures, or your failure to secure your credentials. Our liability is limited to 12 months of payments made to us, except where the Australian Consumer Law applies.
